Where do you roast your coffee?

Our roastery is located in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta. All coffees are roasted to order.

How can I place an order?

Order via Tokopedia or Shopee for seamless checkout.
You may also order through WhatsApp and choose your preferred courier or pick up at our roastery.

When do you roast?

We roast from Monday to Friday. However, not every coffee is roasted every day.
Our roastery and office are closed on weekends and public holidays. We do not roast or ship on those days.

SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days.
Local courier services:

  • Instant delivery: 2–4 hours
  • Same day delivery: 6–12 hours
  • Regular courier: 1–14 working days (depending on courier provider)

Delivery times are estimates provided by couriers. We are unable to guarantee against potential shipping delays.
Our roastery and office are closed on weekends and public holidays. We do not roast or ship on those days.

What local delivery courier do you recommend?

Instant / Same Day:
GoSend, Grab, Lalamove, Bluebird

Few Days Delivery:
JNE, J&T, Sentral Cargo

Courier selection depends on urgency and destination.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do.

International shipping is handled via selected courier partners. Please contact us via WhatsApp with your intended order and full shipping address. We will provide a shipping quotation and assist with necessary documentation.

COFFEE

Can you grind my coffee?

We strongly encourage grinding your coffee fresh for the best flavor. However, we can grind your coffee based on your preferred brew method.
Please note: Ground coffee is non-refundable.

How should I store my coffee?

Keep at room temperature in an airtight container or in Rostco original bag.

When is coffee best brewed after roasting?

Peak window: 7–20 days after roast.

We recommend our coffee to be consumed within three months of the roast date (unopened).

Where do you source your coffee?

We work with trusted local suppliers, importers, and occasionally source directly from origin to maintain quality and consistency.

Are your coffees FairTrade certified?

Generally no. We source directly from farmers and partners.
Fair Trade options are available upon request (MOQ applies, higher pricing).

Is your coffee organic?

Our primary focus is taste, quality, and value.
While some coffees may be organically grown, we do not market our coffees as certified organic unless stated.

Do you offer light, medium, and dark roasts?

We do not categorize our coffees strictly by roast level.
In general:

  • Single origins → Light roast
  • Espresso blends → Medium to Dark roast
  • Select blends → Dark roast

For wholesale clients, we can customize roast profiles and develop private blends tailored to your needs.

What are flavor notes? Do you add flavorings?

We never add flavorings to our coffee.

Flavor notes describe the natural taste characteristics of the coffee, such as chocolate, citrus, or berry are based on origin, varietal, and processing method.

How do I become a wholesale partner?

Contact us via WhatsApp or our Contact page. Our team will guide you through pricing, samples, and onboarding.

Can I serve Rostco at my café or business?

Yes. We supply cafés, restaurants, offices, and multi-location businesses.

Do you develop private blends and customize roast profiles?

Yes. We create blends and roast according to your preference, brewing setup and tailored to your business.

Do you offer custom labeling or white-label roasting?

Yes, available for wholesale partners.

Can I request specific roast dates?

Yes, available for wholesale partners (MOQ applies).

RETURN & CANCELLATION & PRIVACY

Can I return my order?

Most orders are not refundable.

Equipment & merchandise:
Returns are only accepted for serious defects that were not visible during inspection.

Wholesale coffee orders:
Returns must be requested within 2 calendar days after delivery.
We will replace the coffee with a new batch. Orders are not refundable/cancelled.

Rostco Roasters is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delays caused by the shipping carrier. While we ensure all products are packaged securely, we cannot control handling once the package leaves our roastery. In the event of damage, please report it to the carrier immediately and contact us with photo evidence so we can assist with the claim process.

This information is used solely for order processing and communication.
Rostco Roasters will never request your card number, OTP, or sensitive banking information.
